Murdeball what you need: 9 balls or more 15 or more people boundaries?cones Instructions/how to play step 1: Find a big place to play. step 2: Your teacher throws out the balls. step 3: Throw the balls at the full and you have to throw to the shoulders and down. step 4: If you throw the ball at the face you need to sit down until the person you hit in the head gets out. step 5: If you get hit, you have to sit down, then the person that hit you got hit you can stand up. Until the person that hit you gets hit. step 6: Roll the ball on the ground to move around, if you carry it and run with it you sit down. step 7: You can deflect with the ball when someone might hit you.
