Note: when you mark your handwriting do it on a different sheet

• Got your letters sitting on the line 1-5
• Are all your lowercase letters taking up half of the space and your capitals all of the space 1-5
• Have you slightly sloped your writing and is it leaning the right way 1-5
• Are your letters too big, you should not find it difficult to fit all of the words on a line 1-5
• are the spaces between your letters too big or too small 1-5
• Does your title stand out 1-5
• Does your border and picture (if room) relate to the writing 1-5

Tally up your total score 

Now get a buddy to score your handwriting - write the two scores down on your handwriting. What do you notice about the two scores?
